Olé at Lely Resort has been a hit with homebuyers in Naples, offering stunning architecture, innovative floor plans and outstanding lifestyle amenities. Stock Development has just released for sale the first building in the final courtyard complex to be built in Olé.

According to Tim Clark, vice president of sales for Lely Resort, the 10-unit building includes 10 individual floor plans. The building is the final one of four buildings that comprise the courtyard complex.

“The courtyards are enormously popular at Olé,” said Clark. “Four L-shaped buildings create a large open courtyard area. The fronts of the homes face outward and feature front porches, while the garage is located in the rear of the home, overlooking the courtyard.”

The landscaped courtyard includes a large free-form pool with custom furnishings including tables, umbrellas, chairs and patio lounge furniture. There is also a large wooden trellis covering a brick-paver deck complete with barbecue grills.

Stock Construction has three furnished models and 20 homes available in the inventory homes program. Prices begin in the low $200s.

Five different floor plans of flats range from 1,227 to 1,774 square feet. Town homes, including two- and three-story designs, are available in nine floor plans ranging from 1,459 to 2,084 square feet.

Casitas are available in six floor plans and range from 1,531 to 2,080 square feet. These innovative units live like single-family homes with all the conveniences of multifamily homes.

Stock Development, the builder and developer of Olé at Lely Resort, topped 400 new home sales in 2012 worth $189 million. Lely was also named Community of the Year by the Collier Building Industry Association for the fifth consecutive year.

Olé is built around a 20,000-square-foot village center. Amenities include a full-service concierge, bistro, ice cream parlor, pub, Internet cafe, a coffee shop, a business center, library, 90-seat movie theater, a gym, men and women’s locker rooms and a separate aerobics/dance studio.

Outside, the free-form pool includes waterfalls and rockscapes, as well as a landscaped sun deck with custom-designed furnishings. In front of the village center is the waterfront promenade, which features a series of reflecting pools and sculptures along a pedestrian path leading to the outdoor amphitheater.

Lely Resort offers several additional neighborhoods of coach homes, twin villas, single-family homes and custom estate homes. There are also three golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones, Gary Player and Lee Trevino, as well as two golf clubhouses.
